At Sixth Sense Fitness we offer a variety of fitness classes, where people of any ability can take part in exciting and enjoyable new ways to exercise.

The classes range from workouts based on yoga, t'ai chi and Pilates to improve flexibility and reduce stress to exercise routines centred around martial-arts to burn calories and improve overall fitness. Whatever your needs and passions, at Sixth Sense Fitness there is a class for you. You don't need to be a member or pre-book, just come along to get fit and enjoy yourself at the same time.
